What To Expect:

We are excited to celebrate Brazilian Carnaval here in Charlotte with world-renowned Capoeira and Dance Masters. Join us for challenging and fun workshops geared towards all levels focusing on Samba Afro, Samba Reggae, and Capoeira techniques. The workshops will teach us updated movements from these forms and connect them back to the cultural and historical contexts these movements came from.

We are also proud to host our second Kids Bautizado, (belt ceremony) to recognize the hard work of our Kids Capoeiristas and their parents have put in since fall.

Registration Includes:

  • Workshop passes with special guests

  • Event T-shirt

  • First Belt for Kids registered for the Belt Ceremony
